Legendary Limousine Giveaway – “Win the Ultimate $5,000 Okanagan Getaway”

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is organized and administered by Legendary Limousine in partnership with participating giveaway partners.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Canada only.

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Participants must be able to travel to Kelowna, British Columbia to redeem and participate in the giveaway experiences.

  • Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of the giveaway sponsors and partners are not eligible to win.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins at 6:00 PM PST on June 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM PST on June 21, 2026.

Entries submitted outside of the giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To receive one valid entry into the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Follow Legendary Limousine on social media.

  2. Follow all participating giveaway partner accounts listed in the giveaway post.

  3. Join the Legendary Limousine email list through the official giveaway landing page or website form.

  4. Like the giveaway post.

  5. Tag friends in the comments (each unique comment counts as one additional entry).

Bonus entries may be awarded for:

  • Sharing the giveaway to Instagram or Facebook Stories

  • Additional comment entries tagging different users

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize Package

One (1) winner will receive a luxury Okanagan getaway package for up to six (6) guests, including:

  • Private limousine wine tour provided by Legendary Limousine

  • Boat day experience on Okanagan Lake provided by Adventure Rentals

  • Dinner experience at DunnEnzies Pizza Mission

  • Two-night stay at Playa Del Sol Resort or comparable accommodation

Approximate retail value: CAD $5,000

Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any portion of the prize with another experience or item of equal or greater value based on availability.

6. Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Question

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 24 hours of the giveaway closing date.

  • The selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared the official winner, as required by Canadian law.

  • The selected winner will be contacted via direct message and/or email.

  • The selected winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted.

  • If the selected entrant does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, another entrant may be selected at the sponsors’ discretion.

7. Prize Conditions

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Transportation to and from Kelowna, British Columbia is not included unless otherwise stated.

  • Gratuities, personal expenses, insurance, taxes, and incidental costs not specifically outlined are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Prize experiences are subject to availability, blackout dates, weather conditions, and partner scheduling.

  • The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement unless otherwise agreed upon by the sponsors.

8. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any affiliated social media platform.

By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and all giveaway sponsors and partners from any liability associated with this promotion.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Legendary Limousine and participating giveaway partners permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, photos, videos, and giveaway-related content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The giveaway sponsors are not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions or website interruptions

  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize

Participation is at the entrant’s own risk.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the giveaway, including email addresses, may be used by Legendary Limousine and participating giveaway partners for marketing, promotional communications, and giveaway administration purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
