At Legendary Limousine, your safety—and the safety of our drivers—is our top priority. We want every ride to be enjoyable, respectful, and secure for everyone on board.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

Rude, aggressive, or violent behavior toward our drivers, team, or other guests
Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive conduct of any kind

If at any time our team feels unsafe or disrespected, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service immediately—without issuing a refund.

Service may be refused at our discretion.

A 15-minute grace period is included with all pickups.
After that, standby is billed in 15-minute increments (charged as 30 minutes).
Additional time must be paid before your trip begins.
